Background information

The two-seat T.7 variant of the Hawker Hunter was developed from 1958 as a training aircraft for the Royal Air Force. With over 1,900 units built, the Hunter series had a significant impact on post-war aviation. The T.7 played a key role in pilot training and was also used by other NATO air forces. The Dutch Air Force in particular relied on this reliable trainer, which was characterized by its good-natured flight characteristics.
