Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Harburn Hobbies may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel an order and return any goods already dispatched within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days of your order being accepted. Full details of our delivery services, estimated transit times, and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
If any goods you order are out of stock, we will dispatch your order as soon as the product becomes available. If we are unable to source an item, we will contact you to advise.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
