Black Friday 2026 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to the Harburn Hobbies Black Friday Locomotive Offers 2026.
The promotion consists of six weekly offers featuring selected locomotives, with the brand for each offer revealed when that offer launches.
Each weekly offer runs for seven days, with the promotional offer changing at 10am on the relevant changeover date.
Section 1 – The Promotion
Harburn Hobbies is running a series of six weekly Black Friday locomotive offers during October and November 2026.
Each week, selected locomotives will be available at 20% off the normal selling price. The brand included in each weekly offer will be revealed when the offer launches.
The promotion is available online at harburnhobbies.co.uk and in Harburn Hobbies stores in Beer and Edinburgh.
Section 2 – Offer Schedule
The six weekly offers are scheduled as follows:

19 October 2026 at 10am – 26 October 2026 at 10am
Offer 3
26 October 2026 at 10am – 02 November 2026 at 10am
Offer 4
02 November 2026 at 10am – 09 November 2026 at 10am
Offer 5
09 November 2026 at 10am – 16 November 2026 at 10am
Offer 6
16 November 2026 at 10am – 23 November 2026 at 10am
All times stated are UK time. The brand and eligible products for each offer will be revealed when the relevant weekly offer launches.
Section 3 – Eligible Products
The 20% discount applies only to selected locomotives included in the relevant Black Friday collection for each weekly offer.
Not all locomotives from the brand featured in an offer will necessarily be included in the promotion. Eligible products will be identified on the relevant Black Friday collection and promotional pages when the offer launches.
The promotion does not apply to products outside the specified Black Friday collection.
Section 4 – Promotional Pricing
Eligible locomotives are available at 20% off their normal selling price during the applicable promotional period.
The promotional price will be displayed on the website and, where applicable, in store.
The promotion applies only during the dates and times specified in the offer schedule.
Section 5 – Discount Codes and Other Offers
No promotional code is required to receive the Black Friday discount.
Other discount codes or promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday locomotive offers.
The Black Friday discount is applied automatically to eligible products during the relevant promotional period.
Section 6 – Availability
All promotional products are subject to availability.
There is no limit on the number of eligible discounted locomotives that a customer may purchase, subject to product availability.
Black Friday locomotives cannot be reserved or pre-ordered before the relevant weekly offer begins.
Section 7 – Orders
Orders placed during the relevant promotional period are subject to product availability and acceptance by Harburn Hobbies.
Harburn Hobbies reserves the right to cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product error, or where an order cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
Where an order is cancelled, any payment already taken for the affected item will be refunded.
Section 8 – Online and In-Store Offers
The Black Friday locomotive offers are available online at harburnhobbies.co.uk and in the Harburn Hobbies stores in Beer and Edinburgh.
Product availability may vary between stores and online.
In-store purchases are subject to the availability of eligible products at the relevant store.
Section 9 – Delivery
Standard delivery charges and delivery terms apply to Black Friday orders.
Delivery information, charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Section 10 – Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for Black Friday purchases are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please check the Refund Policy for information about return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, non-returnable products and the returns process.
Nothing in these promotional terms affects your statutory rights.
Section 11 – Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with purchases or use of the Harburn Hobbies website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 12 – Changes to the Promotion
Harburn Hobbies reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes affecting the promotion will be communicated through the Harburn Hobbies website where reasonably practicable.
Section 13 – Pricing and Errors
Harburn Hobbies takes reasonable care to ensure that promotional prices and product information are accurate.
In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, Harburn Hobbies reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel an affected order in accordance with applicable law.
Section 14 – Relationship with Other Policies
These terms apply specifically to the Harburn Hobbies Black Friday Locomotive Offers 2026.
Our general Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply where relevant.
Where these promotional terms contain specific provisions relating to the Black Friday promotion, those provisions apply to the promotion.
Section 15 – Governing Law
These promotional terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with the promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
