Celebrate 50 Years of Aardman with an Exclusive Wallace & Gromit 00-9 Collection
Harburn Hobbies is pleased to share details of the upcoming Wallace & Gromit 00-9 collection from PECO, created to celebrate 50 years of Aardman, the world-famous animation studio based in Bristol.
Expected to be released on 21st September 2026 (subject to change), this special range features colourful liveries inspired by some of Wallace & Gromit's most memorable adventures, making it an exciting addition for both model railway enthusiasts and collectors alike.
Exclusive Aardman 50th Anniversary Collectors Set
At the heart of the collection is the Exclusive Aardman 50th Anniversary 00-9 Vans Collectors Set, featuring five four-wheel 00-9 box vans presented in a sleeved magnetic presentation case illustrated with official Wallace & Gromit artwork.
Inspired by Wallace & Gromit's adventures in The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave and A Matter of Loaf and Death, the set includes an exclusive commemorative Aardman 50th Anniversary wagon that is only available as part of the collectors set.
The presentation set also includes:
- Five exclusive 00-9 box vans
- A sleeved magnetic presentation case featuring official Wallace & Gromit artwork
- A 12-page booklet documenting the history of Wallace & Gromit
- A set of six collector's postcards
