Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to fill in your shipping destination, the next page asks for your full address and a few other details that we need to be able to complete the order. Choose your 'class of service' from the drop down list and enter any special delivery instructions in the box provided. For more details on your chosen delivery method see below.

We accept credit and debit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and American Express). If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Goods must be paid for in full before despatch. Credit/debit cards will not be debited until goods are ready for despatch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under/overpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. When a product displays a 'web only' price, that price is only applicable to online orders processed through our website using a Credit/Debit card. For all other methods of ordering shop prices apply.

We also accept written orders accompanied by a cheque in Pounds Sterling or UK postal orders. If paying by cheque please put your name and address on the back of the cheque and allow at least 10 days for it to clear through the bank.
Shipping And Handling Orders should be despatched within 7 working days for items that are in stock.
